This information event delivered by North West Ambulance Service will focus on how members of the public can access the most appropriate service for their health care needs.
It will focus on:
- The situations and events the Ambulance Service where an ambulance should be called
- The effects of using emergency services inappropriately
- Alternative free services available and how to access them
- The introduciton of the new 111 phone number for health care
Trafford LINk are inviting LINk members and representatives from local voluntary and community sector organisations to attend this workshop and help spread the message about alternatives to calling 999 in non-emergency situations to their colleagues and contacts.
This is a free workshop and will be held at Park House, 73 Northenden Road, Sale M33 2DG, from 13.30h to 15.30h on Tuesday 31st January.
