Trafford LINk's vision is for a strong, active and diverse network that provides a positive and constructive challenge to Local Health and Social Care Services. We strive to be well connected and well respected, earning our place at the heart of planning, commissioning and reviewing processes.
Ann Day, Chair of Trafford LINk says:
"In this our second year, you will see from our Annual Report that we have been out and about listening and talking to the people of Trafford to find out your concerns. We have been building positive relationships with our statutory partners, this has enabled us to raise your concerns with them and seek solutions. You will see in the Annual Report how exactly Trafford LINk has acheived this."

Join the Conversation-Trafford’s New Health Deal
Health chiefs in Trafford are calling on residents to join the conversation and share their views about the redesign of health and social care services in the borough. The ‘new health deal’ aims to secure safe and sustainable hospital services in Trafford. Now residents' views on how this should be done are being sought.
The redesign work is being driven by three principles - to provide the right care, at the right time, in the right place; to secure cost effective services; and to ensure that services are designed to the highest clinical standards.
An online survey that allows people to share their experiences of services and outline their priorities for the redesign is now live and follows a number of public listening events that were held in December. The survey can be found at www.surveymonkey.com/s/newhealthdeal. Alternatively, you can request that a paper copy is sent to you by calling NHS Trafford on 0161 873 6008. The deadline for completing the survey is February 17.
The following events have been set up to gather people’s views and involve them in the ongoing work to redesign local health services (All the events take place between 6pm and 8pm, unless otherwise stated):

Wednesday 22 February, Mercure Bowdon Hotel, Bowdon
Monday 27 February, St Matthew’s Church Hall, Stretford
Wednesday 29 February, Partington Primary School, Partington
Monday 5 March, Seymour Park Primary School, Old Trafford (6.30pm till 8.30pm)
Wednesday 7 March, Broomwood Centre, Timperley
